PT with Kerry is fun, challenging and rewarding. With his in depth knowledge of the body and nutrition, he has created a personal programme that works for me and is really easy to follow. He tailors work outs to suit my knee problem so I can still achieve amazing results. After every session I feel a lot stronger, more confident and can’t wait for the next session! Kerry makes the whole process understandable so it doesn’t feel overwhelming so I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle.
Kerry is a very professional trainer, he's punctual and extremely knowledgeable approachable and friendly. During my 10 week training plan we did regular weigh-ins and measurements and also I got regular nutrition advice. Kerry is an excellent personal trainer. He's friendly, fun and yet professional and really took my goals into consideration when putting my plan together. I started training with Kerry around a month ago. I was very nervous on my first session but there was no need to be. He put me at ease and talked me through everything. He is very patient but also knows how to push me without being too pushy! I now feel confident using the equipment which is a big thing for me as I've never used equipment in a gym before.
