Our stay was lovely, great location as it's close to tram station and bus stops to take you into the city. Opposite a beautiful park and surrounded by lovely pubs and food places. The room was great, it was tidy and the beds were heaven!! The shower was the best bit, I didn't want to leave! Staff are friendly at all hours and we had no disturbances :) will stay again!

Amazing hotel. We had a 1 night stay to attend a concert at the AO arena (m.e.n) and it was fabulous the room was super comfy and loved the large fan in the room which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and tidy and had all the accessories we needed like soap shampoos etc. Also was awesome that there was a thermostat in the room to turn the temperature down at night as me and my wife love a cool room when sleeping. The staff was super helpful and even managed to check in 1 hour early as we needed to get ready to head to the arena for the concert. I honestly can't find a single fault with this hotel and I'm super picky. Cant wait for our next visit in January 2023????

Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!

Hotel wasn't too bad especially for the price, it was pretty loud and hard to get to sleep. The room was clean and suitable for a couple of nights. The breakfast was good but shame they didn't have chopped tomatoes. The general area is a little run down however there was no problems and on a good bus route into town, Day pass for the bus is £5 pp

The hotel itself was clean and tidy and all staff were friendly. I would not have the breakfast again. Nothing was hot it was either cold or just warm, even a latte from the machine was just warm. The continental side of the breakfast had little choice. The two staff in the bar seemed to be rushing around just to keep it clean.
