    Worst service ever. If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a Passenger Car to pick me up from The Christie. Was advised it would be 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes nothing arrived. I rang to enquire where it was up to. Was told it hadn't set off due to bad traffic and that it would be a another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, still no sign of a taxi. Rang again and was told it would be there in 4 minutes. After 10 minutes still no sign of a taxi. Rang again and was told it would be another 6 minutes. Was told again that the reason for the continued delays was put down to heavy traffic. Considering there was a steady flow to the Christie by Street Cars, Cresta Cars and Ubers, the excuse of traffic was complete piffle.I was traveling home by train and had far to go. Because of the taxi delays I had missed several connections. In the end I decided to get the bus after getting sick of waiting for the most lousy taxi firm ever. I contacted the firm to advise l had got sick of waiting and subsequently got the bus, and felt the need to feedback what a dreadful experience I had. Instead of an apology, the phone was put down on me. It turns out there are buses every 10 minutes and not far from the Christie either. The bus was the much quicker and cheaper option I eventually got to the train station and managed to catch a train an hour after originally intended. I will never use this sorry excuse for a taxi firm again.

    Never on time , booked a taxi to come at a certain time and they still 20 mins late. the cars smell like cigs and not professional. Don’t book unless you want to be late

    Booked a taxi yesterday afternoon for a journey  to Piccadilly station this morning for a train journey to London.  Booked for 9.15. Taxi eventually turned up at 9.30 and then driver announced after we'd already set off that the credit card machine wasn't working and we would have to pay cash.  Fortunately we had enough cash but what would have happened if we hadn't.. a further delay to call at a cash machine? Just moved back to Urmston and this was our first experience of a local taxi firm.  Won't be using them again!

    If I could give one star for this taxi firm I would. I have used this company for over 10 years as they are local. However in the past 6 months they have become increasingly unreliable. I regularly booked taxis in advance to ensure I could make appointments but after 3 in a row arrived late I wont be using them again. Also on a number of occasions I have called for an immediate taxi and waited for 25 mins. I call to ask how long my cab will be and I'm told it's on its way and will be 5 mins. I call again and I'm then told it will be another 10 mins before a taxi can be dispatched as they are busy. So I had been lied to on the previous call! If you are a decent firm and you are busy or short of drivers then be honest and don't accept bookings you can't fulfil. This company used to be a friendly, reliable and honest one but this is no longer the case. Despite changing their booking and tracking system it still doesn't work. The quality of it's drivers has also reduced. Their taxis are grubby and smell. No effort is made by this company to be professional in any way. Why should anyone give you their custom when you show such little respect for your customers??
