Very disappointing! It took me ten minutes to install and register with your App (now deleted!) It hasn't increased my faith in automated booking systems that you first confirmed and then cancelled the booking. Perhaps the fare just wasn't really worth your trouble?? Shan't be bothering you again though.....
driver was very polite, clean car and he was right on time. although i pre booked days in advance . i will keep using them.
Lovely driver, helped with my suitcase and had a great chat, will deffo use again in future.
