I had a tummy tuck. Mr Ross was very professional took me through all the possible outcomes and answered all my questions prior to my decision to go ahead. I was pleased to see pictures of past patients outcomes which again made my decision to go ahead a lot easier. My follow ups have been very useful and I was given a person to contact incase I needed to refer anything from the day I was discharged. I would like to thank Mr Ross and his staff especially Becky. My confidence has improved 100% and I’m now looking forward to enjoying my bikini revival.
I have had two other procedures one done in the UK the other abroad and the experience I had with Dr Ross was far superior on all levels. The time he spends both before, during and after is fantastic. My initial consultation was informative and thorough there is no time limit and you are encouraged to ask and question throughout. He is realistic in what he can achieve and in my opinion underplayed just how good the final results would be and how good he is at what he does. There is no hard sell and you don't feel rushed or pushed into anything. I had a face and neck lift and upper eye surgery. After the operation I was only in pain for a few days. Although uncomfortable for several weeks it was easy to cope with. The bruising and swelling was much less than I had anticipated and I was surprised at how good it looked after only a few days. The care I received from everyone, Dr Ross, his team, the anesthetist, nurses, porters everyone at the hospital was superb. When you go home Dr Ross and his team are contactable if you need them. After my final appointment I was told I would welcome to email, call or visit if I needed to speak to him which was brilliant and surpassed the previous care I had received when being treated by the other surgeons. The results comparing my before and after pictures and looking in the mirror were beyond my expectations. Dr Ross has magic hands and is an expert in what he does. Initially I was going to go to the experts in London I'm so glad I didn't and did my research and found an expert in Manchester, Dr Ross, and I can't recommend and thank him enough.
Dr Ross is the best of the best! After doing lots of research and going to a couple of other consultations elsewhere, I decided to go with Dr Ross and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. He’s so thorough and did such a good job, I feel so confident in myself now. I would recommend him to everyone!
