I used Final Fix for a big build at my home. I was initially worried that any builder would cause mess and more worry for me and my family whilst the work was going on. I can 100% say this was not the case. Final Fix have an amazing workforce and team who nothing is too much trouble for. Any question or concern I raised was quickly managed and dealt with to my total satisfaction. The quality in the build was is brilliant and it was a pleasure having the team on-site whilst the work was in progress. The after care is superb as well. I would recommend anyone wanting building work to get in touch with Final Fix as you will not be disappointed.
Outstanding service in all aspects: the work, the on-site team and the office team. Always honest and upfront right through from quote to final handover communicating at each stage with regular updates. We had a full rear extension and knock through including a second level extension and FinalFix managed the entire build excellently through a difficult lockdown period. They went above and beyond to ensure the experience was with a little stress as possible even creating a makeshift kitchen in the lounge and ending each day with a full site clean up. Their level of workmanship was of a very high standard with pride taken in the results. I can’t recommend FinalFix more and we are about to return to them for a second time.
These guys worked as a contractor for a damp proof company to try and fix a leak on my property. They were prompt and fitted me in as soon as they could. They offered to do the work at a weekend but then managed to fit me in sooner. The 2 who attended site were grafters, despite the rain on the day. They explained what they had found and suggested possible solutions. Speaking to the boss Tim at the office and their back office staff has always been easy and responses prompt.
I cant say enough about these guys, from start to finish they were brilliant and couldn't do enough for me and the builders that came and did work were fantastic, the work that was carried out was to a high standard and my house was spotless when they left.
Final fix Ltd are in my opinion, a company that have a very good attitude to the customer and there needs. They are genuine, polite, prompt and very approachable. They can advise you on anything and everything. I have no hesitation in calling on them for advice or assistance at any time. All jobs are done promptly and professionally. My no 1 company the first no I reach for.
