Just rang this company for some advice and to offer potential work. Firstly he answered the phone like he was receiving a call from a friend. Secondly after I explained what I was needing he said he wouldn't come out to offer a quote (which is advertised on his website) because he had other work to do and then he hung up on me mid sentence. I tried to call back and he ignored the call. Extremely unprofessional and If this is how he behaves from the start I'd keep well away
Very professional friendly, easy to work with and responsive. Provide professional advice and quick and easy solutions to any problems faced during the build. The only builders which were able to provide me with a quick design and fix when converting my garage which was on different level to the house.
K W & S Builders where amazing! They did both of our bathrooms full tiles and insulation and even made a hallway!!! I was impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. The job has been done to a high standard, everything was done just the way we wanted it. They worked professionally and no complaints! Can’t wait for our next project Brilliant work keep it up!
I had to build large extension to the rear of the house. It has a toilet and a walking in shower. One large room and and a hallway. The KWS handled everything perfectly. From removing existing conservatory to paving the garden at the end of the job. Absolutely zero headache for me. They were very professional and considerate. You would barely notice that they are on the site, they managed to keep the noise down to a minimum. Also they kept to schedule and were very informative about the steps they were taking. Quality of work is second to none the finish looks spotless. Very impressed with the tiling finish, the bathroom looks dazzling. Truly amassing experience, not to mention that they are very competitive when it comes to price. Would I recommend them - a big "Yes".
