Asian Chinese lady who works here is very unprofessional. Every time when I go for drying service she always be in a hyper mood. One day she yells on my son who is 14 years of age. She needs to find herself a another job if she can't handle this work. Today also she had a go on me when I ask her to empty one of the dryer. Very Rude.
Went here to have my duvets cleaned. Was helpfully given the option to use a machine myself, or have it done for me. Chose to have it done for me, was completed the same day. Reasonable price, and very satisfied with the result. They were also helpful in providing me with a plastic bag. Positive experience
I usually don’t use laundrettes as luckily have my own washing machine and tumble dryer at home. Today we had building works so came to this place as had good reviews. I was very uncomfortable in the store. There was one lady working there and she was unhelpful. She may have been having a bad day but her communication was very poor which probably led to her frustration as she couldn’t help me. She kicked me out of the store for 10 mins as she wanted to visit her home which is fine but she said it in a very rude way and even told me I’m too slow and to leave the shop while I was folding clothes so she can go to her house. I just don’t understand how I’m paying for a service and I have to bend my knees so much for the staff working there. Definitely do not recommend. There are other places nearby.
