Absolutely fantastic service! Needed a suit dry cleaned at last minute and they came through for me. Very friendly service for both members of staff I dealt with. Highly recommend :)
I needed my dress pressed for a wedding I was going to in Bury, but I needed it the really quickly, Sue pressed it straight away for me while I waited in the shop. Excellent service and all with a smile too
Had a zip break on a coat and popped in to get it replaced. They apparently no longer have a seamstress and have to send garments away for repair...with a 3 week turnaround time at a cost of £27. Not as convenient as I would have hoped.
*Beware* Shockingly bad service. Took in a suit for cleaning and minor repair on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready at 3 pm Thursday. Went to collect it on Friday lunchtime, just before setting off on a long journey, and was told it hadn't been cleaned yet - it was only just being done. Had to wait an hour before going back again to collect. No phone call to let me know about the delay. No discount offered for the inconvenience. Not even an apology from the sour-faced staff! Will never use again.
