You simply MUST use this company!!! My elderly disabled mum has come to live with me on a "ground floor" living basis so her bed, commode etc are in my front room right near the window. I therefore needed new curtains to give the privacy she needs. I bought some standard size ones and had this company alter them to the correct size. There was an error at first - not the owner's fault but a challenge being faced by the seamstress. The shop owner took complete ownership of the error even though it was not his personal fault! He got it all sorted out and the alterations done perfectly. There had been a time delay whilst things got sorted out and I had to go south to collect my mum and whilst I was away the shop owner called at my house an INSTALLED my curtains for me so that it would all look lovely for my mum the moment she walked through our door! My mum arrived and went "wow" when she saw the living space that had been created for her. The owner took so much stress away from me and made it so that my mum could have a smooth transition to us. If I ever need anything dry cleaning or altering again I will be back :-)
