I went to this place to get my coat dry cleaned and the lady who took the payment was very rude and arrogant. I felt very unwelcome in the store. However, i still paid. When I came back to pick up my coat , it was still dirty from inside and when i spoke to lady and told her i was unhappy with the job she didn't care and all she said was she did what she could and there is nothing else they can do. Not only that but my coat is ruined now. it has cotton wool ball on it. it is not looking clean and at all.
