I had the most amazing pedicure done here! What a fantastic experience! The foot massage was to die for and I’ve had plenty and nothing compared to the one I received here! I’m absolutely in love with my feet, still in awe! I can’t wait to come back for my manicure, this will be my new go-to beauty parlour! Love, love, love it! Also, the glass of bubbly is such a nice treat!
I had never had my nails done before and decided to treat myself to a shellac manicure. I was quite nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Emma was super helpful and talked me through every step of the process. I had a luxury manicure and I felt incredibly pampered by the end of it, especially with the free glass of bubbly. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back to Beauty and Bubbles again for another manicure shortly.
Love beauty and bubbles! I have been having my nails done here on and off for a few years, wonderful service every time I go. Receptionist is very lovely and welcoming, and Harriet and Phillip on nails have been great especially!! Would definitely recommend, lots of colours to choose from and a glass of bubbles tops it off!
Had a great experience, I went for a shape and polish with Ellie and she was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great service, I enjoyed the complimentary glass of Prosecco and I’m very pleased with the results of my nails. Thank you!
I have booked my luxury shellac manicure appointment online without choosing a particular member of the stuff since that was my first time. The result of this appointment is on the picture. These are my nails “ready” for a nail polish. I had to stop at that moment. I said to the girl who was doing my nails that it is very bad and I don’t want to continue because no manicure was done and there was paraffin wax all over my fingers (which I couldn’t even rinse properly as there was no hot water in the tap). I payed the full price for the service (which I regret but I didn’t want to make a scene) and left. Some time later that day I got a voice mail from the manager of the place saying that I was booked with their 16 year old apprentice with 3 months of work experience and that I should have not expected perfect work. The manager also said that this information is on the website and so I should have been aware of that (I didn’t select a specialist when booking so I couldn’t see it and I’ve also got an email confirmation which didn’t say anything about this apprenticeship either). Moreover the manager accused me of being rude to the apprentice by calling their work “rubbish” (which I didn’t) and asked to never come back ???????? So, I have decided to leave this review because I received an automated text from this beauty place but now I am glad to share my experience — first time in my life I’ve experienced such a horrible service, starting from manicure to customer relationships. Absolutely shocking.
