Outstanding service by the ladies at swarovski in trafford centre, they have helped me out with a ring on warranty, called up, replacement ring kept to the side for me with a note behind the counter, turned up and all there waiting for me, brilliant service, friendly proffesional staff
Visited the store today and received excellent service from an asian gentleman but I failed to catch his name. He was inviting, friendly and an absolute delight. I wasn't expecting to make a purchase but eventually did thanks to his input and advice, this man deserves a raise.
Absolutely fantastic service, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again.
