Wendy was always on the other end of the phone if we had questions and was very responsive when communicating between ourselves and the sellers. As first time buyers, it was very reassuring to have someone so helpful to deal with throughout what could have been a stressful process. We also spoke to John on occasion who was equally helpful. The whole team seems professional and great at their jobs, and when we eventually come to selling our house John Mellor will be at the top of our list.
