    I understand PT’s work for their money. Having paid a months in advance hundreds of pounds due to personal reason I had to cancel after 2 sessions. I was told I could not get my money back as I paid for a month. I find this unacceptable esp due to personal reasons. Some PT’s are just money driven so please be weary. Not even a compromise was suggested. Wouldn’t go with Marco again!

    I have completed 10 weeks working with Liam and I have lost 10kg . The best decision of my last year end was hiring northwest personal training. Liam is the best coach . Eating is my hobby :-( . So it was always tough for me to stick on a diet for more than a week. But Liam's diet plan is awesome . Although there are lot of stuff on the Internet what to eat and not to eat but when I met Liam I found that even before I was dieting I was making worse myself with wrong selection of food. Now I eat more tasty healthy food without gaining weight. I must say I always thought that I knew all about diet and exercise but now know it was all wrong what I was doing before was driving me to wrong side . I still go to restaurants and some times treat myself with my favourite food but it never takes me away from my goal because my diet is always planned under Liam's suggestion. I was always scared of doing exercise . People running for half an hour with 7-8 speed always just depressed me but Liam never put me on all these exercise. Now I have exercises which make me feel fit and I do them confidently because my coach knows what exercises I can do and what exercise is correct for me. After diet and exercise the most important thing is about motivation.The environment and the fact Liam gave me a very good starting session and within a week my results started motivating me. Now I wait for Monday Wed and fri so I can keep moving one step ahead towards my goal. Being here is one of the best decisions I took. Thanks northwest Personal Training Manchester .     Having reached a personal weight loss plateau, I decided to find a personal trainer to help with the additional weight I wanted to lose. Finding and working with Liam has brought instant results (just over 2 weeks into a minimum 12 week program, I have lost nearly a stone!) but not in the way I was expecting. Liam is very perceptive to individual needs and through adjusting my diet, reducing stress and positive encouragement I have been able to achieve the results I wanted. The actual physical training is relatively a small part of his plan for me - not necessarily how much I train but how I train has been the key. Excellent, I couldn't recommend Liam enough.

    Joining Fit Camp at North West Personal Training is one of the best decisions I have recently made. I joined not to lose weight but to tone up and improve my overall strength. I get so bored at a normal gym and have no motivation to go, I need encouragement and inspiration and that is exactly what I get from the team. The group that attend the Fit Camp are all fantastic and training with them is great fun and it makes exercising a much more enjoyable experience. Liam and the team are fantastic nothing is too much trouble and their encouragement and motivate to push yourself harder is amazing and just what I need. After my first 5 weeks I already feel fitter stronger and more toned, the results are already showing and I’m having fun which is the most important part about it all.

    Liam's boot-camp = FANTASTIC. I joined way back in March for just a month to see what i could get from this that i wasn't getting from the gym. Having been a gym member for years i wasn't really getting the results i wanted but more importantly dint have enough motivation or decent advice on the exercises and nutrition that would work best for me. As soon as i started the 4 weeks of boot-camp i knew i was onto a winner! The exercises vary from session to session and and though hard (no pain, no gain) Liam is a great personal trainer and ensures the sessions are also fun trying new things and encouraging team exercises. What's more after a few weeks, i really noticed the difference in my fitness levels and found exercises i struggled with in the first few weeks were suddenly a doddle!Liam also makes sure he gets to know all of his clients, what they want out of the sessions, what they've tried previously and is always available after sessions or at the end of a phone to help with any problems and offer advice. For me this is essential. He will tailor diet plans and exercises to suit you and your lifestyle. Incredibly motivating, he will push you to the point he knows you can get to, even if you think you 'can't'. One must never say the 'C' word in Liam's sessions!7 months later and I'm still there - it's a lifestyle for me and i feel much healthier and can't see myself leaving anytime soon! :)
